yup that and a good nights sleep and i feel like a new woman, which is good cause tomorrow the fight begins with the social workers and doctors to "permit" my mom to go into a long term care facility, they seem to think they can rehabilitate her back to living on her own - good lord!

That's usually because they won't be the care giver and it's no worries for them. It's the family who has the worries!
