I just bought a pair for work ( I stand on concrete for 8 hours so i needed something to relieve neck tension/migraines) I have been wearing them around the house for a couple of days to break them in and they are fabulous!! Very expensive here though - ouch _________________ Heather

its hard to describe but its kind of like having a ball under your foot (not enough to made you wobbly or anything) so when you are just standing still you can rock a bit and it totally lines up your spine and gives you a cushion to stand on. You actually burn calories just standing there! _________________ Heather
